As a global travel company, we may collect non-public, personal information directly from you, from people included on your booking, or from your authorized agents. “Personal information” means information that identifies you as an individual, such as:

Our Use of Personal Information

Providing Services / Legal Requirements

To deliver our services (e.g., flights, tours, insurance), we may process and disclose information outside Canada and the United States. Government authorities at points of departure and/or destination may require us to disclose information for immigration, border control, security, or anti-terrorism purposes. Requirements vary by destination; even where disclosure is not mandatory, we may assist at our discretion.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
