What We CollectAs a global travel company, we may collect non-public, personal information directly from you, from people included on your booking, or from your authorized agents. “Personal information” means information that identifies you as an individual, such as:

- Special needs, accessibility requirements, and dietary preferences
- Information about other people on your booking that you supply to us
We collect personal information when you request information, contact us (and when we contact you), or make a booking.
You are responsible for ensuring that members of your party are aware of this Policy and that you have authority to share their information with us. We will update your information when we can or as required by law to keep it current, accurate, and complete.
Our Use of Personal Information
Providing Services / Legal RequirementsTo deliver our services (e.g., flights, tours, insurance), we may process and disclose information outside Canada and the United States. Government authorities at points of departure and/or destination may require us to disclose information for immigration, border control, security, or anti-terrorism purposes. Requirements vary by destination; even where disclosure is not mandatory, we may assist at our discretion.
Other Uses and DisclosuresWe use information only for the purposes described at collection and do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information:

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
If you participate in promotions we offer from time to time, we may request information such as your name, email, date of birth, and phone number. We use this information to administer the promotion and may communicate with you (and the contacts you designate) about our products and services. We will not use information you provide about other people for any other purpose without first obtaining their consent.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
We do not sell products or services for purchase by children and do not knowingly collect or post information from children under 13 without direct notice to, and verifiable consent from, a parent or legal guardian (as defined by COPPA).
