NH Tours, JJR Productions, WZID 95.7FM, Macy's, RSS Charters and New England Coach cannot assume any responsibility for actions of their passengers. The above mentioned reserve the right to deny boarding privileges on motorcoach to anyone deemed intoxicated or unruly. Published times for itineraries are as accurate as possible and subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical conditions or other conditions that prevent NH Tours from operating under normal conditions. In all matters relating to the making of arrangements for sightseeing tours and services provided, entertainment and transportation, NH Tours and its subsidiaries will act only in the capacity of an agent to the suppliers stated in the literature describing the services purchased. Because of its status as an agent, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of these tour service suppliers, NH Tours and its subsidiaries cannot assume responsibility nor can we be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident or delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of 1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any suppliers, 2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employees of any of these suppliers, 3) any defect or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or 4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of NH Tours.
