How to book a private group tour.

Policies
Deposit: A $200 deposit is required to reserve your tour.
Comp Policy: One complimentary package is offered with every 35 paid passengers per coach. This means the 36th package is complimentary.
Driver Rate: Driver’s rate is 50% off the single package rate for overnight trips.
Prices: All rates are net prices.
Gratuities: Tour Director gratuities are not included in price.
Cancellation: Any deposits (other than specified non-refundable deposits) will be refunded if group cancels 45 days prior to the tour departure date. After 45 days, a cancellation fee of $50 will be incurred. If tour is canceled within 30 days of departure, a cancellation fee of $100 plus any non-refundable payments made to suppliers will be lost.
Payment: Final payment and rooming lists are due 30 days prior to tour departure date. We accept checks and credit cards.
Responsibility: Because of its status as an agent, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operation of tour service suppliers, New Hampshire Tours, Inc. and its subsidiaries cannot assume responsibility nor can we be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident or delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of 1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any suppliers, 2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employees of any of these suppliers, 3) any defect or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or 4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise of New Hampshire Tours, Inc.
